Growth hormone is automatically secreted by the pituitary gland located in our brain. This hormone is responsible for the growth of height,skin,bones and muscle build up. However with time the pituitary gland stops releasing the growth hormone and that’s when the signs of aging shows up. Especially when one turns around 40 the pituitary gland almost stops releasing this hormone.
